Cover story on the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation addressed the role of women in the church, both then and now. This entire issue received an award from the ACP.
I served as interim art director of The Lutheran magazine from March 2015 to March 2016. At the time the circulation of the 52-page magazine was 170,000. I was responsible for all visual design and image acquistion. The design was a given, but I made some small but significant changes and worked to create engaging layouts with variety, readability, reader entry points and diversity.
